Drawing from my experience supporting young adults' mental health within the NHS, coupled with my expertise as a certified coach, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner, I offer a unique blend of skills designed to guide you through life's tumultuous seas towards a harbor of change and growth.

Unfortunately, many find themselves adrift in life's vast ocean, bogged down by stress, frustration, and a sense of overwhelm, barely keeping afloat rather than truly sailing. Often, we anchor ourselves to others' needs, neglecting our own wellbeing until we're lost in a fog of exhaustion and dissatisfaction, feeling like every day is a struggle against the tide.

Over a minimum of six weeks, we'll map out the key areas of your life, crafting goals and routes to navigate towards them.
